I became a Northwestern Mutual Financial Network Representative because I saw first hand the effects that long-term care situations can have on families and I wanted to be part of proactively preparing for these lifestyle changes.

I have over 20 years of experience in the health care industry, including working with hospitals, a physical therapy company, and in-home care. My most recent experience was with Mt. Clemens General Hospital, creating the continuum of care for patients discharged to nursing homes, assisted living, or home.

My experience and knowledge is extensive and practical for the future preparation of our aging population.

I have spoken on the topic of long-term care on local and national radio and I've appeared on television. I also have been published in several local newspapers and magazines.

I am a graduate of Western Michigan University with a degree in Social Work and I have a Master of Arts degree in Guidance & Counseling from Oakland University.
